Welcome to Summit PAC

Empowering Exceptional Children

At Summit we are committed to providing services with integrity and excellence to help families and children develop skills to become independent in school and in life.

We specialize in Neuroeducational testing services for children and adolescents. Our philosophy is to rule out differential diagnoses, identify an individual’s strengths and areas of need and consult with parents to help them best advocate for their child. Families receive a comprehensive report with an individualized support plan that offers a road map to support growth towards independence at home and at school. All psychologists at Summit specialize in evaluating and supporting school-aged children in clinical and educational settings.

Our Skill-Building services are based on the process of developing self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills that are vital for school, work, and life success. Our coaches create a customized plan to help you and your child meet their personal goals.

We provide the following services

  • Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and young people
  • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE)
  • Specific Learning Disability evaluations
  • Individual and group executive functioning skills coaching
  • Parenting skills groups
  • Educational and Behavioral Consultation
  • Supervision for mental health professionals and doctoral level school psychologists
  • Contracted mental health services

At Summit we are dedicated to promoting an environment of awareness, respect and safety for all of the families and children we serve. We strive to foster an atmosphere of acceptance and inclusion in which all individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse perspectives and experiences are supported and welcomed. We actively encourage an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.

**Providers at Summit are not Medicaid providers. We are not allowed, by law, to bill for services for a child covered by Medicaid.

**We are currently completing evaluations on a case-by-case basis and implementing best practices and following restrictions outlined by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment.

Please contact Dr. Toplis or Dr. Makofske to discuss your current needs and concerns.
