Diagnostic Assessment

Our goal is to provide individualized diagnostic assessments to address specific areas of concern for families along with an individual support plan. We aim to help families identify their child’s areas of strength as well as individual needs.

Based on the information discovered about the client using targeted assessments, we develop an Individual Success Plan (ISP) that provides recommendations and possible interventions to help develop skills that work towards gaining independence.  Our comprehensive reports can help facilitate positive, meaningful conversations for how to best support the client in community and educational settings as well.

We specialize in evaluating, diagnosing and supporting:
– Autism Spectrum Disorder
– Learning Disabilities
– Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
– Anxiety
– Depression
– Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Disorders
– Neurodevelopmental Disorders
– Brain Injury/Concussions
– Executive Functioning Problems
– Gifted Evaluations
– Suspected Developmental Delays/Intellectual Disabilities

Payment Options

Comprehensive evaluation fees are determined by the referral question and family needs. Payment is expected at the time of service, and paperwork will be given to you so that you may submit a claim to your insurance company. Questions about specific insurance plans, out-of-network benefits, co-payments, deductibles and other related costs should be directed to the mental health affiliate of your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your policy. We are open to client payment plans, which can be discussed during your initial intake session.

Summit Psychologists are in-network providers for TRICARE insurance, and will submit claims on behalf of TRICARE clients as a courtesy. Clients with other health insurance plans can be seen at Summit on a cash pay basis.
